Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Customized items
• Monogrammed items
• Final sale items

2. Return Process

Email us at umraocashmere@gmail.com with:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours with photographs.
We will replace or refund the item at no cost.
