1. Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products.
All cashmere items purchased from shop.umraocashmere.com are covered by a 15 days craftsmanship warranty, covering:

• Stitching defects
• Weaving defects
• Material flaws

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Pilling (a natural property of cashmere)
• Improper washing or handling
• Damage caused by accidents or misuse
• Damage from moths or insects or pets

2. Warranty Claim Process

Email umraocashmere@gmail.com with:

• Order number
• Detailed description
• Photos or videos of the defect

If approved, we will:

• Repair the item, or
• Replace the item, or
• Offer store credit

3. Shipping Costs

For approved warranty claims:

• Repair/replacement shipping to you is free
• Shipping the item to us is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective originally
